Power performance and configuration
The machine tool used column, beam and rotary table, bed plate welding and aging treatment, the machine has good rigidity, the transformer has left and right, up and down, the rotary table is driven by AC servo motor, the guide rail adopts the rectangular linear guide, and the rotary table can automatically divide the teeth.
In the quenching process, there is no need for manual adjustment, and the equipment can automatically finish quenching. This machine can be used for single tooth or raceway quenching of ring parts.

Clamping: it can be manually corrected (optional automatic alignment, automatic clamping / loosening).

The gap between induction coil and workpiece is fixed by floating positioning device.
Electronic control: touch screen and PLC/CNC
Large / small workpiece adjustment: adjust transformer slide (beam movement).
It shows: quenching speed, cooling water temperature and quenching liquid temperature.

The number of work is 1 (optional 2: one station quenching, another station loading and unloading), optional double teeth simultaneous quenching.
Increase of efficiency
The adaptability of machine tool is to adapt to raceway quenching and to single tooth quenching.
Track clearance: Electrical and mechanical tracking mode. Electric tracking mode can guarantee the consistency of quenching quality within 0.1mm.
